International Mentor / Investor
Hayley Andrews started property investing in 2005, when she purchased her first Buy to Let property. From there, she expanded her property portfolio the ‘traditional’ way by saving for a deposit and making purchases slowly, one by one.
For Hayley, this proved to be quite frustrating as she realised how long it would take her to keep saving for deposits in order for her to grow her portfolio and give up working full-time. When a life-changing event occurred in her family, she was forced to take control of her life as well as her finances.
It was during this period that Hayley read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Rich Woman, and discovered that, with the correct training, property was going to be her way out of the darkness, into the light. Thereafter, Hayley signed up for Legacy Education Alliance, Inc. (LEA) Property Investment Training.
Through her LEA Training, Hayley learnt the defining principles of using ‘other people’s time’ and ‘other people’s money’. This was the catalyst that enabled Hayley to rapidly expand her property portfolio to become financially free. As part of her learning, Hayley also realised the importance of not just creating another ‘job’ and set up various companies, employing a number of staff, all of whom were and still are responsible for maintaining her property portfolio (amongst other things).
In addition, Hayley has emerged as an expert in HMOs, amassing a large portfolio, ranging from smaller four to six-bedroom HMOs up to larger, 21-bedroom ‘hotel style’ properties.
