UK Mentor / Investor
Jonathan Gittins was born in Wales but his family moved to a small tropical island called Bougainville in Papua, New Guinea, when he was just six months old. Jonathan had a fantastic, varied and quite unique childhood, compared to most of his peers, and particularly excelled at sport. Bougainville, at the time, was involved in a civil war, so the decision was made to return to the UK.
Thereafter, Jonathan completed a BSC (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy in 1997 and worked at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford for several years. In 2001, Jonathan moved to another hospital to advance in orthopedic medicine and sports medicine. However, by 2004 Jonathan was ready for another adventure and established his own private physiotherapy business with another physiotherapist.
The business rapidly grow throughout South Hampshire and soon boasted nine practice sites. In January 2012, a good friend gave Jonathan a book to read that totally changed his life. The book in question was Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Jonathan then realised that if he wanted to live the life he and his family deserved, he would need to shift his work-life balance through property investment and a sound education.
Later that year, Jonathan was introduced to Legacy Education Alliance, Inc. (LEA) and, together with his wife, embarked on a joint property education journey, one that propelled them towards financial freedom and leading the life they wanted.
To date, Jonathan’s journey has been a whirlwind of facing fears, progress and learning through taking action. Jonathan’s property portfolio is rapidly growing in the areas of Buy to Let, Multi Lets, HMOs and Refurbishment Projects.
