Social Housing Trainer / Mentor / Investor
Prior to creating a property investment portfolio, Neil Stewart joined the British Army straight from school and trained as a Communications Engineer/Technician. Neil spent the next 14 years in the Army and also became a Computer Engineer. This was a great foundation for Neil as a person although he always knew he didn’t want to follow the herd and be independent.
Neil then left the Army and started up his own IT Support Company, specialising in supporting local Primary Schools and small businesses – all very exciting and full of challenges. As a now self-employed individual, Neil started to think that property was his best option as a possible pension vehicle. Without any formal training, and based on a telephone call from his dad with ‘the deal of the Century’, Neil jumped and landed with a big bump. This investment was, by admission, the worst investment property Neil ever bought.
So… not wanting to make any more expensive mistakes and with a desire to learn how to turn my situation around, Neil was introduced to Legacy Education Alliance, Inc. (LEA). For Neil personally, he is fully aware that when you are open to opportunities, this is the time you see them and have an opportunity to take action.
Today, Neil now has a property portfolio at various strategies of growth, to include Social Housing, as well as Repossessions, Flips and Distressed Property. Neil has also opened two Lettings Agencies within key specialist areas, allowing him to share the same knowledge and strategies learnt during his LEA journey with the next generation of LEA Students.
